Our goal it to control
all aspects of our process from raw material receipt to shipping
of the end product to yield the best possible material for the
customer's application.
Quality control systems are currently in place that conform
to military and aerospace standards MIL-I-45208A and D1-9000,
with continuing improvements and changes towards ISO9000 standards
for future certification.
Quality systems are in place to assure positive results to all
customer needs such as; contract review and revision control
procedures that assure all products conform to our customer's
current requirements. we have real time SPC for our major coating
lines that constantly monitors the output with visual feedback
that allow real time adjustments thus reducing variation.
Capital expenditures are made towards continuous improvements
to reduce variation in our process with the goal of improving
the consistency of our products. We use computer generated specifications,
work instructions, and documents and procedures to control all
aspects of our process.
